Youth Sports and Fitness also offers a variety of skill building camps and clinics through the summer and fall seasons including soccer, baseball and basketball. All Youth Sports and Fitness programs are recreational and will emphasize fun, fundamentals, and maximum participation for your youth rather than winning or losing as the main focus. The program should allow your child to gain knowledge of the sport in a variety of positions on the team and encourage each participant to be involved in making decisions that build self-esteem and develop life long routines.
