Walk-ins for ID Cards, DEERS and CAC transactions are taken on a first come - first serve basis from 0800-1530 daily. The last transaction is at 1530. It is highly encouraged to call or use the RAPIDS Scheduler link to make an appointment to minimize your wait time. The Fort Leavenworth ID Card Office is located in the Adjutant General Building.

imredneckI've had nothing but success dealing with this office. People are polite, efficient and know what to do for what I need. Overworked/overbooked, maybe. But everyone is doing their best to keep positive and help the customer as quickly as possible. That's what I value the most.

This is horrible. I have called multiple times no one answers my call. Left messages no returns. Can't get on the sites my computerblocks it for security . What a nightmare you guys are. I can't even give you a one star

I've been calling and left message, but no one ever answers the phone and no one has returned call. The RAPIDS appointment scheduler has me search for a location, but once FT Leavenworth is selected it loops back to the main page and does not allow for an appointment to get scheduled. Very frustrating!
