Ivy Lanes at Fort Jackson is operated primarily for Soldiers-in-Training and the hours of operation reflect this. They are open on Wednesdays and Thursdays for Fort Jackson’s Family Days and Basic Training Graduation Day. Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Soldiers. Hours for Federal holidays and training holidays will be announced on a special basis.
They feature 14 bowling lanes equipped with automatic scorekeepers as well as bumpers for children. Other available entertainment includes 12 “Strikelink” premium X-Box One game stations, 13 pool tables, a wide variety of arcade games, and a great snack bar. The snack bar serves burgers, wings, pizza, and other snacks plus a variety of beverages. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Starlight bowling, a cosmic experience on the lanes on Graduation Day Thursdays from 4 pm to 8 pm. Open to all.
Prices:
Bowling: $3 per game per person or $16 per hour to rent-a-lane
Shoe rentals: $3 per pair
X-Box: $8 per hour, $15 two hours, $20 three hours
Pool tables: $6 per hour
Arcade games vary from $.25 to $1.00 per play
