Barracks-Single Soldier Housing

All single permanent party E-1s through E-5s entitled to BAH at the without dependents rate are required to live in the Stowers' Complex unless granted advance approval by the Garrison Commander (GC). Pets and/or household goods are not considered justifications to reside off-post.
