The Fort Campbell Byrd Health Clinic is located inside Gate 10, near the Cole Park Golf Course on the West side of Fort Campbell (Tennessee side).
The Medical Appointment Line is run through the Fort Campbell hospital, and they schedule appointments for all the primary care clinics. Please dial the number listed and press 1 to schedule an appointment.

Soldiers going through In/Out Processing must be in uniform and should bring their ID card, packet and military orders.
The Fort Campbell Byrd Health Clinic staff members provide primary medical care services to approximately 4,800 active duty Family members. Five primary care providers offer care to some of their previously empanelled patients from Blanchfield Army Community Hospital as well Family members living in Fort Campbell’s Gardner Hills, The Woodlands and Cole Park housing areas.
A total of 7,000 Soldiers assigned to the Sustainment Brigade, 159th Aviation Brigade, and Tenant units will receive their primary care services at the Byrd Health.
In addition to primary care services for Soldiers and Family members assigned to the clinic, Byrd Health Clinic offers radiology and laboratory services as well as a pharmacy to fill new prescriptions from Byrd clinic providers. Optometry, physical therapy and audiology will be available to active duty service members.
