In person or web it’s hard to deal with them I can’t tell you by telephone because they never answer. They need someone that make them accountable for their work ethic. It’s so easy to get anything done in the United States even Irak but in ft Buchanan it’s nearly impossible and their lack of care makes it worse.

I gave one star, because other wise, I was unable to write the review. The rating is really no stars at all. It's so embarrassing the poor customer service to our active and retiree military personal in Puerto Rico. I remember many years ago the excellent service they use to provide, now it's pitiful. What happened????!!!!!

Online service is great if you have a computer and the program answered all questions. Live on the other side of the Island. Didn't want to make the trip to be told that it's not the day they have assigned to take care of such matters.Or that personal is not available, cause they are in training. If when calling 787-707-3938 would only have a person and not a recording it would avoid the inconvenience for all.

Good luck calling 787 707 3938. No one answers. Leave a message to return your call and no one will. Poorly, poorly supervision. I have to go in person to get appointment.
