Fort Buchanan does not provide privatized housing. Las Colinas and Coconut Grove housing offers 90 units serving the Fort Buchanan Army base. Units range from 2 through 4 bedrooms. Fort Buchanan is adjacent to the city of Guaynabo and Bayamon with its abundance of recreational opportunities for military families. Several must-see attractions island wide include the El Morro Fort, Old San Juan, The Camuy Caverns, and El Yunque Rain Forest.
