  1. Is hard to beleave that Ft Bouchanam has denied to grant acces to the commissary to all the veterans from Puerto Rico because the active duty personnel has priority. I'm a DAV with a super soldier coin giving by the 3rd Inf Div and the congress of US and here in PR I'm treated as secundaria class citizen.
