PhillipGate guard threatened to arrest my driver and said that he had the same authority as the F.B.I. Individual then stated that if he seen them in the next 10 years he would arrest them. Funny, my driver doesnt have a warrent or anything that and civilian law enforecement could arrest her for. Guess this gate has Presidential Authority. I really would like some answers on this,
