   I had the worst encounter with an employee. I was there for the status of an est on a plaque & she could not have been ruder. I wasn't there for a finished product but to see if there was going to be a cost/est for the repair, since she had never called me after drop off. She even called me and state her name & followed by, "The one you just went off on.", which I had not been rude to her. I love the work they do at this shop but will NEVER go back due to the customer service.
