Fort Benning ID Card Facility at Harmony Church Hours of Operation:
Appointment hours are between the hours of 09:00 thru 12:00. Please bring a copy of your scheduled appointment sheet for verification. Also 2 forms of ID required and 1172-2 for all dependents.
Identification:
All customers who are age 21 and older must have two (unexpired) forms of ID to get a new ID card made. One of them must be a state or government issued photo ID. This applies to all customers.
Type of ID:
Our office issues ID's for Service Members (including National Guard/Reserve), Retired Service Members and their dependents, Sponsor Appointed Agent ID's, DoD Civilian, DoD CIV Retired, DoD Contractor EMPLOYEE's ONLY.
APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
A scheduled appointment timeframe takes about 20 minutes per session. A session may consist of (1) CAC ID or up to (2) Dependent ID cards. Please schedule multiple appointments based on the number of ID cards needed.
