  1. Customer service is horrible. I understand the store can get busy, but they don't acknowledge anyone that waits. I love dunkin doughnuts, but this one is a COMPLETE turn off and I will not be back. Customer service is everything to me, and I will not spend my money where it is not wanted!!!
