Freedom Hall Fitness Center at FE Warren AFB is the main gym and fitness facility on base, and includes the 90 MDG’s Health and Wellness Center. Together with the HAWC, the center provides a variety of programs for physical fitness, social interaction, personal training program set-up, and self-improvement. Complete with free weights, cardio machines and weight machines, 3 walleyball/racquetball courts, Parent/Child room, aerobics room, gymnasium, men’s and women’s locker rooms and saunas. The fitness center is host to special events and offers intramural sports through the year.

bcmountainA great place for regular exercise! As a veteran and retired DoD civilian my wife and I take regular advantage of the wide variety of the clean, well-stocked facility and classes. The staff is friendly and helpful, too.. If you can't make it on their schedule check out Independence Hall too.
