   The staff were so very helpful. I accidently broke my eyeglasses between trainings for our JBER Service Member today and I quickly ran to the Optical Shop to see if there was anything that the staff could do until I could get a replacement pair. Josette took my broken pair of eyeglasses to the back and in a short time came out with temporary repair and saved the day! Outstanding service! Many thanks to the three young women who exemplified great service and team work today! Cathy Spence
