If your hours are 8-5 how come when I came up yesterday (8/2/17) at 4:30 red cones were up at the entrances???

Hours posted but not followed. Phone reorder for scripts said they would be available after 2PM 02Aug17. Checked facility hours of operations online & drove 45 min one-way to find them closed for training. This could have been avoided. You clientele are renewing scripts over the phone. Update you phone service to match you service hours. - DONT JUST POST A SIGN ON THE DOOR! It says you don't care! Customer Service starts by thinking of who you are serving. Actions Matter.

My spouse and I submitted prescription requests on 12/8/16 and 1/13/17/. The waiting time didn't take as long as anticipated with the large number of people in the waiting area. The Technicians at window # 3 on those days were very cordial and professional. My spouse and I were very impressed. Great service. Ken Wright Sr/Retired AF

they do a great job getting these prescriptions filled! Wonderful customer service as well.
