   Upon being told that they no longer offer the Big Philly and instead must order a more expensive double meat, extra cheese steak and cheese sub, I called the restaurant manager. This is the only subway I am aware of that does not offer this sandwich. Numerous times they have not added the proper amount of meat or cheese on the sandwich, offer stale cookies, have unattended front desks and almost no ingredients available. The manager hung up on me while I was submitting a professional complaint
