The Main Gate ID Card Section also known as the Wire Mountain ID Card Office is located on Camp Pendleton and offers full ID Card, DEERS, CAC, and Vehicle Registration services, to include registration of motorcycles.

deeThe person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The person who "helped" us with our ID card issue needs to go through customer service training. She was very rude and didn't seem to even want to be there doing her job. Please consider more training for your ID desk employees.

Best experience ever!!! I went at the right time. No waiting, helpful people, and even a decent ID photo. The staff here is knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you.

I go to this place to get my son's ID and it took us almost 3 hours. The service is very bad there is 6 people but they only call 1 person maybe every 30 minutes. Please do something about this.
