Carlos SantiagoCalled to check on my son arrival time and received a recording with different options times one for a specific date with different times. I have a flight number but there's no mention of the flight and time for pick up. There's no other phone numbers for someone to talk and assist with the tracking to provide better information. I understand the security issues.

We are trying to get to Ramstein this weekend so I called today at 1623. Got a message saying that the counter closed at 1630. I got the correct time from the TV..What goes????
