The Garmisch Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Division is comprised of a wide range of programs and services centered in and around the Bavarian Community of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Within the BMC Garmisch footprint, we support units of the Marshall Center, the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, the NATO School at Oberamergau and many other activities scattered throughout Southern Bavaria. Our goal is to provide high quality community service and recreation programs for personnel assigned to the BMC Garmisch and those visitors who come here to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We make it a priority that to ensure that the morale, esprit de corps, mental well-being and physical fitness of our service members, civilians and their families are the best they can be.
