The Manpower & Organization vision is to be the 2 BW's first choice for all manpower solutions! Located on Barksdale AFB, their mission is to provide a comprehensive range of manpower services in the areas of requirements determination, program allocation/control, organizational structure, and performance management with a main goal of advising 2 BW's senior leaders on the most efficient use of manpower resources. They employ industrial/management engineering techniques to define defendable manpower requirements in order for the 2 BW to provide decisive nuclear deterrence and conventional firepower to Combatant Commanders...anytime...anywhere!
