Fox Run Golf Course at Barksdale AFB is an exciting golf course open to both military and the local community. It features a fully stocked pro-shop, an award-winning snack bar and a challenging golf outing. Fox Run Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 70 course, featuring a large practice putting green, driving range, chipping/pitching and bunker/sand trap practice areas and tees for men, women, seniors and kids. The Golf Course hosts a variety of tournaments including the Barksdale Club Championship, Annual Retiree Golf Classic, and our member favorite, Annual Customer Appreciation Tournament. The Pro Shop offers a large variety of golf gear, including: golf clubs, bags, balls, tees, shoes, official ‘Fox Run’ shirts, hats, umbrellas and tons of other merchandise to satisfy all your golfing needs. If you’re looking for a new set of clubs, let the professionals at Fox Run Golf Course order them for you; the best part, IT’S TAX FREE.
Inside the club house, the award-winning Fox Run Golf Course Snack Bar is home to a wide variety of delicious food. The grill opens daily at 6:30 a.m., serving breakfast including pancakes, breakfast burritos and all your morning favorites until 10:30 a.m. Lunch is served from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and features a daily lunch special as well as a full menu of your grill favorites. The Snack Bar remains open until 1:30 p.m., even if weather forces the course to close. The snack bar also offers a private meeting room for groups that can be used free of charge. To place a to-go order or make reservations for our conference room, please call 456-4195. Don’t forget the Fox Run Snack Bar is the perfect place to have a small gathering for breakfast or lunch. Also, ESM card holders can use their cards at the snack bar, and can even order online to avoid waiting.
