Quarter deck staff is absolutely terrible! If you need help with something better off talking to a complete stranger! They have zero customer service zero compassion for you at the hospital for serious stuff, I voiced that still a girl stood to give me orders only causing stress and uncertainty about this hospital. I am not military how dare you treat me so badly, shame on your command for letting people like this be the face of the hospital. Needless to say I transferred my care to Scripps!
