RmedgecombAfter over a year of trying to get the surgery, my surgery is scheduled. The day of surgery my show time was 0845. The surgeon was almost 5 hours behind schedule. When I was finally able to speak with him “you are active duty. Your job is to sit and wait. You’ve waited 18 months, what’s a few more hours”? That was seriously his response!!!!!!! Now that I won’t go through them, I’m blessed enough to get a referral out in town.
