The Berman-Varner House

MWRs premiere facility, the former CAC is located through the second checkpoint on the Westside of the Depot. The front half of the facility hosts a beautiful foyer, large open floor plan, high ceilings with massive chandeliers. A hallway separates the front area and the Berman Room. This room also has the high ceilings and a beautiful fireplace. The facility has wood floors throughout. The Berman-Varner House is a perfect setting for Weddings, Receptions, Class Reunions, or any event, large or small. Maximum capacity is 462.

Rates:
Large open area- $30.00 per hour or $120.00 per 4-hour block
Berman Room- $15.00 per hour or $60.00 per 4-hour block
