The Legal Office at Anniston Army Depot serves as principal legal advisor to the Depot Commander and is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and claim advice, service, and support to the depot and its tenant activities in all aspects of mission operations and installation management. This responsibility encompasses service and support in the following areas: Federal and State Litigation; Acquisition and Fiscal Law (including direct sales and partnering with business and industry); Civilian Personnel and Labor Law; Environmental and Safety Law; Emergency Response and Disaster Operations; Real Estate and Installation Management Administrative Law; Claims; Criminal Law and Law Enforcement; Legal Assistance; and Government Ethics.
