Ronald C. Pearlinfo desk gave me a # for internal med.. All the times I've been there at the window 3 to 4 airman are in the cube. When I call the # given for that area I have to leave a mess. for someone to gt back to me. This sucks I don't buy that no there can answer the phone.

The info desk needs to be covered by Active duty, as well as Retired Volunteers. Because the Volunteers have to take care of their own lives, the hours they help out are on their own, unpaid time. I can rarely get any answer to a phone call for a phone number for a different clinic; this leads me to call my Primary clinic and try to get the other number. Need Active Duty on info desk!!
