Substance Abuse Counseling Center

he Substance Abuse Program (SAP) at 29 Palms offers educational courses which provide information on making good choices. Screenings and assessments are conducted in order to provide service members with the appropriate level of care and/or treatment. Our services are provided in a confidential setting, and referrals can be made upon request. The goal of SAP is to provide the best quality care, in the most efficient manner.
