The ID Card Facility provides personnel services and support to Marines, Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen, family members, civilians and retirees aboard MAGTFTC, MCAGCC 29 Palms, CA and surrounding areas for Enlisted Manpower, ID Cards, DEERS, RAPIDS, Reserve Marine Support, Government Travel Charge Card program and Career Planning.

HonestymmThis office has horrible customer service. Even though appointments aren’t required I went in today after waiting 2 months for my CAC to be transferrred over from army to marine civilian just to be told to make an appointment when there was zero people waiting for anything. I dread being a professional and coming here to be treated like trash. I understand that they deal with people day in and day out but when your in this type of service if we didn’t need the help you wouldn’t have a job.
