   I was given my marriage certificate and was told to make a copy. I came back and was given a DEERs application and was told the same. I requested if I can use the printer I just used in the lobby and was told I was not allowed to use that printer to make copies. It was only used to make copies of marriage certificates. I assumed it would be used for all things related to DEERs. I left and walked to the next building where they happily let me make as many copies that I needed.
