No Emergency Services are available at Guthrie Army Health Clinic.

The Primary Care Clinic at Fort Drum provides comprehensive medical care to all eligible health care beneficiaries. Priority is given to active duty Soldiers and TRICARE Prime enrollees. Authorized medical care shall include, but is not limited to, acute and chronic care of pediatric and adult patients, physical examinations, health-related career screening and immunizations, non-operative gynecological diagnosis and treatment, minor surgical procedures and surgical follow-up and newborn care.
