Carlisle Barracks Main Gate

The 24-hour main entrance/exit for Carlisle Barracks is through the Claremont Road Access Control Point (ACP). Large vehicles must exit through the Ashburn Gate off Route 11. Visitors without DoD ID card must show current photo identification, vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
