  1. IT'S STARTING TO BE NOT WORTH IT MAKING A APPOINTMENT THEY HAVE A BOARD OUTSIDE DON'T GO BY THE TIME IT. IT SEEMS THE RULES CHANGE CONSTANTLY AND LOOK LIKE THE REALLY LIKE TURNING FOLKS AROUND ETC. WHY NEED THEM ON POST IF THEY NOT LOOKING TO DO THE WORK OR LEAST SEEM LIKE THEY GIVE A S. T. NOT THE RIGHT INFO NOT GIVING THE NCO APOLOGIES THE PERSON NOT GIVING US THE WRONG INFO AGAIN SERVICE SUCK

  2. No answer after multiple (MULTIPLE) calls. No appointments available on the website for the last 3 weeks. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? At this point, I am going to send my son (Dependent, out of State attending school) to either an Army National Guard facility (at least they answer the phone) or an Air Force base. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN 30+ YEARS IN UNIFORM.

  3. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks - This is Sad

  4. No one answers the phone, the website is unsecured and will not let schedule an appointment. I guess the personal phone calls are the only ones going out of that office.

  5. Answer the dang phone!! Can’t get on the rapids appointment website to make an appointment. No one has answered the phone all day. Now I am probably going to have to drive 30 miles to “make appointment” unexceptionable hassle.

  6. The website via the link is different than the one given by the recorded message given when you call the number to this DEERS office (can't get a person) but neither website works...so how do you make an appointment???

  7. They could at least answer the phone or time stamp it for a return call. I've left voice mails before they never return the call. Might as well just have kept ringing.

  8. Horroride service. They don't help the Soldier what so ever. Their priorities are nowhere close to helping the Soldier. The motto on the wall says "What have you done to help a Soldier today?" and I would say they don't do a thing. Appointment only is a useless way to operate. I have worked at other bases and you didn't have to have an appointment. Those places worked just fine. This place is a complete waste.

  9. neither phone# or website works what do i do now! i am handicapped and can't go about well.

  10. This place sucks. The workers treat you like garbage for no reason. They're probably just upset that they hate their jobs for whatever reason, even though they chose them. You can't even get ahold of them on the phone, and the website is always down.

  11. I have been trying to call for the last week and can not get through. People need to take it off of the autosystem and talk to people. Tried the webiste to go to, to make appt. and it will not work . Cant get in .

  12. ID cards are a joke. If you are lucky enough to get through they don't help you. I tried several times to speak with supervisor and it only rang. For people who live off post, we should not have to drive to ID cards to get an answer

  13. I tried to call several times ID CARD/CAC office, never answer. Very disappointed. Even when you go through the automated system the options are no good. I tried to contact supervisor never answer.

  14. The people in this office have an awful attitude period. If you don't like your job quit, please!!!!!

  15. This is a bunch of bull that you got to press this press that just to get through or make a stupid appointment.

  16. The online ID card address is not working and no one answers the phone!! Why is the link not working?

  17. Worthless people working here who do not care at all . They seriously need to put themselves in your situation and care a little. Waste of time trying to get an appointment over the phone. Wow.

  18. I walked in without appointment, not knowing appointments were necessary, and was treated very nice and efficiently. I was finished and out by 11:30 a.m.

  19. Very inefficient, rude do not care. Need to make a complaint to higher authorities

  20. It looks like most of the people working for Army Do Not Care about anyone anymore! They are rude and inefficient and it takes forever for them to answer the phone for an appointment!

  21. This place is so inefficient. I have been trying to make a walk-in appointment for my spouse for eight days and it is impossible. It's feel like the DMV all over again very typical government facility no one want to really help you.
